We call on the federal and provincial governments to provide a complete review of Canada’s MAID law.
The review must examine the actual practise of MAID by individual physicians and by provincial MAID services while considering the actual experiences of people with disabilities, people living in poverty, people requiring treatment for mental health issues, and more.
How many people are pressured to “choose” MAID and then die by it?
